We believe in one God, the Creator of all things. He is eternal, existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that God has revealed Himself to us in the person of Jesus Christ. He is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, yet willingly died for the sins of all mankind according to the Scriptures. He arose from the dead, ascended into heaven and is today our High Priest and Advocate.
We believe in the Holy Spirit Who indwells every believer in Christ and gives spiritual gifts to the church for mutual edification. He comes from the Father to convict the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment.
We believe the Bible is the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is a supernaturally given revelation from God Himself, concerning Himself: His being, nature, character, will and purposes; and concerning man: His nature, need, duty and destiny.
We believe that as a result of sin, men and women are separated from God and will undergo not only a physical death, but also a spiritual death which is separation from God. We all need reconciliation with God.
We believe in salvation by grace alone through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that men and women can be saved from the consequences of sin, which is eternal death, by the grace of God through his or her faith in Jesus Christ, and in their repentance of sin. We are justified through Christ’s death on the cross, His burial, and resurrection.
We believe in a bodily resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous; the righteous to everlasting communion with God; the unrighteous to everlasting separation from God.
As evidence of our faith in Christ we believe the Holy Spirit enters our lives and makes us a part of His body, which is the Church. The Church has the mission of carrying on the work of Christ on earth. We believe the church is the greatest force that God has established upon the earth to make an eternal difference in the lives of people.
